These sessions allow participants to reconnect with their bodies in a way that is gentle and restorative. In this day and age of pushing ourselves, the essence of the path of yoga can be missed, that of being able to ultimately sit with ourselves and allow the busyness of the mind to settle, so that we can see more clearly. We have lost the beauty of connecting with our bodies as they are, as they age, and as they hold and store the memories and emotions of our lived experience.
I love to offer you the space of taking time to slow down, through movement and meditation, in a way that is compassionate and nourishing.
