In the Daring to Rest Workshops, Linda provides space for participants to discover the beauty and healing capacity of deep rest practices.

Workshop One:

This workshop can be run weekly or monthly; providing participants with a new practice of deep rest each time. The workshop focusses on the value of:

  1. Deep Rest
  2. Release and Renewal, and Moving Into
  3. Rejoice and Rise

Interventions can also be adapted to particular groups and events.
