SPACE TO BE is a monthly online gathering designed for deep rest, creative renewal, and mindful reflection. Together, we’ll nurture our bodies and minds through:

  • Mindful Movement: Gentle, intuitive body exploration.
  • Yoga Nidra: Deep relaxation and stress relief
  • Creative Space: Journaling, doodling, and free expression.
