Kundalini yoga is a technology passed on by Yogi Bhajan that allows people access to higher states of consciousness by moving their Kundalini energy in a way that is safe and contained. It is known as the yoga of Awareness. Every Kundalini yoga class is different. The kriyas (sets) focus on every aspect of being human, cultivating more self-awareness, and strengthening our minds, hearts and our systems to cope with the times we are in.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week programme designed for individuals with chronic illness and stress-related problems. It also benefits those who simply want to live more mindfully.

The Cape Town MBSR programme is modelled on the Stress Reduction Clinic at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, the oldest and largest hospital-based stress reduction clinic in the United States.

The MBSR programme offers an intensive training in formal and informal mindfulness-based techniques that are used to cope more effectively with stress, illness and pain. Participants learn to access their internal resources for balance and healing by utilizing self-regulation as a complement to standard medical and psychological treatment.

For those of you, who have already completed the programme, please diarize the full day session from 08h30 to 16h30. There was a wonderful turnout for the last one-day session and we really enjoyed seeing previous participants from our programs over the years.
